Jamie Jellis

Born in Aylesbury, he came through the youth ranks at Aylesbury United and scored twice in four appearances on his senior debut for the club in 2017. A move to Stevenage followed, but he never made a senior appearance there, instead going out on loan to Aylesbury United, Hitchin Town and Wingate & Finchley. After his release, he returned to Aylesbury United, then joined Kings Langley, with a short spell at Hemel Hempstead Town along the way. A loan at Tamworth turned into a permanent deal in 2023, and he helped the club win both the National League North and the Southern League Premier Division Central titles before earning a place in the Vanarama National League North Team of the Season.

Jellis joined Walsall in January 2024 for an undisclosed fee. His first full season at the club, 2024–25, was his most productive, with seven goals in all competitions. A long-range volley against Grimsby Town won him the League Two Goal of the Month award for October 2024, and he added a late equaliser against Exeter City in the EFL Cup, a winner against Bolton Wanderers in the FA Cup, and league goals against Colchester United, Tranmere Rovers, Chesterfield and Morecambe. He also found the net against Swindon Town in April 2026 during the following campaign.

In July 2026, once his Walsall contract had expired, Jellis signed for Rotherham United on a free transfer, making his first appearance for the club the following month.
