About the player
Kamil Jakubczyk came through the youth ranks at Pogoń Szczecin before stepping up to the reserve side, Pogoń II Szczecin, for the 2023/24 season. In July 2024 he moved on to Arka Gdynia, where he settled in as a defensive midfielder wearing the number 35 shirt.
At Arka, Jakubczyk progressed from the I liga into the Ekstraklasa with the club. His 2025/26 season there stands out on the numbers alone: 31 appearances and two goals in Poland's top flight.
In July 2026, Jakubczyk left Arka Gdynia for Korona Kielce, signing a four-year contract running to 2030. Sources including Transfermarkt, Soccerway and Radio Gdańsk put the fee at around €1 million.
Jakubczyk has also represented Poland at underage level, turning out for the U16, U17, U18 and U19 sides, though he has yet to add a senior cap to that record.
