Ladislav Takács

Ladislav Takács returned to Teplice in the summer of 2024. He had joined Teplice's youth setup after beginning with Baník Sokolov, and he made his senior debut for the club in March 2014, going on to make 25 appearances before a loan spell took him back to Sokolov.

The move to Mladá Boleslav in 2016 turned him into a regular starter, and three seasons there built the platform for his transfer to Slavia Prague. Slavia took him on loan in September 2019 and exercised the option to sign him permanently that January. The stay in Prague brought him two Czech First League titles, in 2019–20 and 2020–21, although first-team league minutes were limited to 16 appearances and one goal.

In February 2022 he moved on loan to Baník Ostrava, who bought him outright that summer on a two-year deal. His time there yielded six league appearances before his contract ran out, and he then went back to Teplice on a free transfer.

At youth international level, Takács represented the Czech Republic from U18 through U21, with his most capped spell at U21, where he made his debut against Denmark in November 2014 and was later part of the squad at the 2015 UEFA European Under-21 Championship. He has not been capped by the senior national team.
