About the player
Olle Lindberg scored his first senior goal in a pre-season friendly against Kalmar FF on 17 January 2026. The deal runs until 30 June 2030.
His route to the club was short. Lindberg began in the youth teams of Ifö Bromölla IF and moved to the Mjällby academy in 2024, when he was 16. Earlier, he had been picked for Swedish youth national team camps at Bosön, in April 2023 and again in May 2024. He has been called up at P15, P16 and P17 level.
The Mjällby side he joined were the reigning Swedish champions. Lindberg was not registered with the senior squad in 2025, so the league title of that year carries no medal for him. His own first-team season came in 2026. He made his competitive debut for the club in the Svenska Cupen, and he was part of the squad that beat Hammarby IF in the final to win the trophy.
His Allsvenskan debut followed on 18 April 2026, in a 3-0 home win over IF Brommapojkarna. He went on to play 20 matches that season and scored three goals.
The goals so far have come in a team that was already winning trophies around him.
