About the player
Prince Adu-Addae Junior Aning came through Ajax's academy, joining the club in 2012 after starting out at OSV Amsterdam and staying with the Amsterdam side for a decade without breaking into the first team. In June 2022 he left as a free agent for Borussia Dortmund II, whose reserve side played in the 3. Liga and Regionalliga West, and he spent four years in Dortmund's second string without picking up a league title or individual award there either.
Internationally, Aning has represented the Netherlands across the youth ranks, from under-16 to under-20 level, gathering around a dozen caps and a goal for the various age groups. He has not featured for the senior Dutch side, nor for Ghana.
In July 2026 he signed for Telstar as a free agent, closing out his spell in Dortmund's reserves.
