Reeco Lee Hackett-Fairchild

Reeco Hackett-Fairchild was part of the Lincoln City side that won the EFL League One title in 2025–26, finishing on 103 points with 31 wins and earning promotion to the Championship. He joined the club in June 2023 on a three-year deal, and his contract has since been extended to 2029.

His first months there brought recognition. He won the League One Goal of the Month award for August 2023 and was nominated for Player of the Month in February 2024. He has made 111 league appearances for Lincoln and scored 24 goals.

The route to Lincoln was not a straight one. He began in the youth systems of Fulham and Brighton & Hove Albion, then joined Dagenham & Redbridge as a scholar in 2014. His senior breakthrough came there in 2016, along with a loan at Dulwich Hamlet, before Charlton Athletic signed him. He made 12 league appearances for Charlton and was loaned to Boreham Wood and Bromley.

Bromley then signed him permanently on a free transfer in July 2019. He scored eight goals in 23 league appearances, which drew Portsmouth in January 2020. They triggered an automatic release clause in his contract. He spent part of his time at Portsmouth back on loan at Bromley and at Southend United, and made 60 league appearances for the club.

Internationally, he plays for Saint Lucia, eligible through his grandmother, and has not played for England at any youth level. He made his debut on 16 June 2023 against Martinique in the CONCACAF Gold Cup preliminary round. He has three caps and two goals, one of them against Sint Maarten in the 2023–24 CONCACAF Nations League B.
