About the player
Mandai's rise came through Scotland and England before he settled in Austria. He began in Rangers' youth academy in 2022, then moved south a year later to join West Bromwich Albion, where he progressed through the age groups toward the first-team picture.
The loan spell that put him on notice came at Stourbridge in September 2024. In four appearances he scored five goals.
The breakthrough at West Brom itself took longer. He had to wait until May 2026 for his senior debut, introduced from the bench against Sheffield Wednesday.
That switch arrived within months. In August 2026, Mandai left West Bromwich Albion for Grazer AK on a permanent deal running to 2029, taking on the number 17 shirt as an attacking midfielder.
