Tomáš Zlatohlávek

Zlatohlávek came through the youth academy at Sigma Olomouc, making his senior debut for the club in 2019 and winning the Czech Junior League with the youth side a year earlier. He also featured in the UEFA Youth League, where Sigma beat Maribor and Maccabi Tel Aviv before going out to Lyon.

Between 2020 and 2022, Sigma sent him out on a string of loans to gain experience. The spells followed a clear upward curve: seven appearances without a goal at Třinec, five goals in 13 games at Prostějov, then eight goals in 22 appearances at Vlašim.

He moved on a free transfer to Pardubice in July 2023, then joined Baník Ostrava in January 2025 for a fee in the region of ten million koruna, a move confirmed at the time by the club's sporting director. His time in Ostrava brought 13 appearances in the Chance Liga without a goal, and in January 2026 he moved on again, to Teplice, in a deal reported at between €325,000 and €340,000. He has since scored once in seven appearances for his new club.

At youth level, Zlatohlávek was a regular scorer for the Czech Republic, with six goals in ten caps for the U18s and two more for the U19s. He was named in the country's preliminary squad for Euro 2021 but did not make the final selection, and he has not yet won a senior cap.
