Tendayi David Darikwa

Lincoln signed him on a free transfer in July 2024, and his contract has since been extended until 2027. He was voted the club's Player of the Season for 2024–25, his first year there.

He came through the youth academy at Chesterfield and made his professional debut in 2010. Loan spells at Barrow and Hinckley United followed. He was named Football League Young Player of the Month in December 2012. He won the League Two title with Chesterfield in 2013–14 and, a year later, took both the club's Player of the Year award and the Players' Player of the Season award.

Burnley paid an undisclosed fee for him in July 2015, reported at between £500,000 and £650,000. Nottingham Forest signed him in July 2017 for a reported fee of around £1 million. He stayed four years and made 58 league appearances.

He arrived at Wigan in January 2021 on a short-term contract, which became a permanent two-year deal that July. In June 2023 he joined Apollon Limassol in Cyprus on a free transfer and played 32 league games before moving to Lincoln.

Darikwa was born in Nottingham and plays internationally for Zimbabwe. He won his first cap in 2017 and had 14 by October 2021. He also took a bronze medal at the 2019 COSAFA Cup. By August 2026 he had made 505 appearances in all competitions.
