About the player
Romania is not new to Tony Njiké. Farul Constanța signed the midfielder on a free transfer on 23 June 2026, on a contract that runs to 30 June 2028. He first played there in 2022, when he left France for Argeș Pitești on a two-year deal. He left the club in July 2023.
His route to that point began in the Paris region. He spent two years at FC de Montataire, then seven at Chantilly, before joining the Bordeaux academy in 2013. He played for the club's second team from 2015 to 2019 and was in the squad that won the Championnat National 3 in 2017–18.
In 2019 he moved to Ajaccio, first with the reserves. On 12 February 2020 he signed his first professional contract, and he joined the senior squad that year. For the 2021–22 season he was loaned to Cholet, and that spell ended his time in Corsica.
After Romania he returned to France, first to Châteauroux until July 2024 and then to Quevilly-Rouen Métropole, where he stayed until 2026.
