Vasilije Adžić

Adžić came through the academy at Budućnost Podgorica, signing his first scholarship contract in April 2022 and making his senior debut that year at 16 years and 108 days. Nine days into his career he became the youngest goalscorer in the club's history, netting against Arsenal Tivat, and went on to make 58 appearances and score 9 goals for Budućnost, helping them to the Montenegrin championship in the 2022/23 season.

His move to Juventus in July 2024 came for a reported €5.3 million and a three-year contract. He spent his first season with Juventus Next Gen, scoring 4 goals in 10 appearances, before being promoted to the first team ahead of the 2025–26 campaign. The step up produced an immediate high point: on 13 September 2025, aged 19, he scored a stoppage-time winner against Inter in the Derby d'Italia as Juventus won 4-3, becoming the youngest foreign player to score for Juventus against Inter and the youngest player overall to score in that fixture.

A year later, in September 2026, Adžić was loaned to Sassuolo, a move that included an option to buy and a buy-back clause for Juventus. He has scored 3 goals in 5 appearances there so far. At international level, he made his senior debut for Montenegro in June 2025 against Armenia, scoring in a 2-2 draw, and has since won further caps for his country. His progress had already been noted outside Montenegro: in October 2023, The Guardian listed him among the 60 most promising footballers born in 2006.
