Yassin Oukili

Fortuna Sittard's number 5 arrived in Amersfoort in 2001 and made his way up through PVCV Vleuten and Alphense Boys before Vitesse took him into their academy in 2016. He worked through the age groups there, played a single match for Jong Vitesse, and broke into the first team in 2019, though his spell with the senior side amounted to only four appearances across two seasons.

It was at RKC Waalwijk, where he moved in January 2021, that Oukili built his reputation. Over four seasons he made 116 league appearances and scored 14 goals from midfield, adding nine cup appearances and two further goals. His best season came in 2023/24, when he finished as RKC's top-scoring midfielder in the Eredivisie with five goals — a rare output for a player in his position.

A move abroad followed in June 2025, when he joined Casa Pia on a free transfer. His time in Portugal was brief and low-key: nine appearances, mostly in the league, without finding the net. That spell lasted barely half a season before he returned to the Netherlands in February 2026, signing for Fortuna Sittard, where he has already made 13 Eredivisie appearances and scored twice.

He has not yet been capped by Morocco at senior level.
