Yurii Pantea

Three Belarusian Cup wins, with two clubs, make Yurii Pantea the only foreign player to lift the trophy that many times. The first came in 2022 with FC Gomel. The next two followed in 2024 and 2025 after his move to Neman Grodno.

The route to Belarus was an unusual one. A Chernivtsi native, he came through the youth systems of Osvita and Bukovyna. His first senior season was abroad, at Nistru Otaci in Moldova, where he made 10 appearances and scored once. He then returned to Bukovyna and played 22 league matches over two years.

The longest stretch before Belarus was in Crimea. At Bahcisarai he made 24 appearances and scored once. At Krymteplytsia he played 81 league games and scored twice.

In March 2019 he joined Slavia Mozyr on a free transfer and played 49 league matches in two seasons. Another free move followed in March 2021, this time to Gomel. There he made 54 league appearances, scored twice, and won his first cup.

Neman signed him in January 2023, again on a free transfer, on a contract initially running to the end of 2024. It was later extended to 2026. In Grodno his goal return has been higher than at any earlier stop: nine in 66 league appearances up to February 2026. He was named Best Player of the 27th round of the Belarusian Premier League in 2023.

Pantea has not played for Ukraine at any level.
