Kozlovice

Kozlovice, Sokol, and a spell tied to the local bus company as TJ ČSAD Přerov-Kozlovice — before it settled on FK Kozlovice in 1996.

The club plays in yellow shirts with blue shorts, and the ground at Záhumení holds 2,000, though only 500 of those have somewhere to sit. Across town, 1. FC Viktorie Přerov provides the closest thing to a grudge match Kozlovice has: the two meet in what locals simply call the district derby.

Silverware has come at regional level rather than beyond it — the Olomouc Region Premier League in 2013/14 stands as the club's best-known honour. More recently, Kozlovice won the Divize E group in 2022/23 and turned down the promotion that came with it. They finished as runners-up in the same division in 2025/26, still short of the step up they once passed on.
