Wiener Viktoria

Toni Polster's name still carries weight in Vienna, and in 2011 he took charge of Wiener Viktoria, a club that had spent most of its existence in the city's amateur leagues without much to show for it. By 2012, they had pushed up from the Oberliga to the Regionalliga Ost, Vienna's third tier. He came back in 2014, and stayed for a decade before stepping down unexpectedly in 2024.

In 2019 the club knocked Bundesliga side TSV Hartberg out of the ÖFB-Cup on penalties in the first round, before falling to LASK in the second. In the 2016/17 season, Viktoria lost 24–0 to SV Wienerberg after fielding a youth and reserve side, having rested the first team ahead of a Toto-Cup final.

Martin Hinteregger, once a fixture of the Austrian national defence, took over as president in 2022, succeeding Roman Gregory, who had led the club since 2006. The club plays as Die Roten Raben, the Red Ravens, in red and white, and its ground on Oswaldgasse in the Meidling district holds 1,000.

Two Wiener Stadtliga titles, in 2013 and 2019, sit alongside a single Wiener Pokal win from 1998.
