West Indies Under-19s in England describes a bilateral partnership between the West Indies Under-19 cricket team and the England Under-19 side. Administered by Cricket West Indies and the England and Wales Cricket Board respectively, these squads compete in youth developmental tours. The arrangement began in 1993 when the West Indies visited England, marking the start of a series of irregular exchanges.

Unlike senior men’s cricket, which features Tests, ODIs, and T20Is, these Under-19 encounters focus heavily on One-Day Internationals. The 2021 tour saw six Youth ODIs played in England, a format shift from earlier tours that included multiple Youth Tests. This structure prioritises preparation for the ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup over immediate senior team selection or world rankings.

The competition has seen shifting fortunes for both nations. England Under-19s secured victory in the 2021 series, winning four matches to two. The West Indies Under-19s achieved a similar 4–2 result in the subsequent 2025 tour. These bilateral fixtures serve as a key pathway for emerging talent. Notable participants include Ackeem Auguste, who captained the West Indies in 2021, and Narsingh Deonarine, who featured on the 2001 tour before playing 18 senior Tests.

Beyond these direct bilateral meetings, the two teams also cross paths in global tournaments. They faced each other in the 2024 ICC Under-19 Men's T20 World Cup Super 8s, where England emerged victorious by five wickets. While the bilateral series provide regular competitive contact, the World Cup stages offer high-stakes opportunities for both sides to test their development strategies on the international stage.
