Adson

Adson's move away from Brazil lasted barely five months. In August 2023 Nantes paid around €5m for the player; by 24 January 2024 he was back home, signing with Vasco da Gama until the end of 2027 for the same €5m fee. In France he managed a handful of appearances — 233 minutes in all — and did not score.

Born in Aruanã, in the state of Goiás, he passed through Campinas Futebol Clube and Goiânia Esporte Clube in 2016 and Jaraguá Esporte Clube the following year before joining the Corinthians academy, where he spent four years. He was among the standout players in the Sub-20 side in 2020, and made his first-team debut on 7 March 2021.

The Corinthians spell remains the substantial part of his career: 114 matches over two and a half seasons, 13 goals and seven assists. The club kept a stake in him when he left — 20% of his economic rights — and collected a share of the money when he returned to Brazil.

At Vasco the minutes have been harder to come by. He scored twice in seven appearances in 2024, then played 16 matches across 2025 without a goal, and has two appearances so far in 2026. He wears the number 28 and works off the left foot.

He has not won a major club title, and he has not been called up by Brazil.
