About the player
Molde FK paid €500,000 for Albert Posiadała in February 2024. He had 16 Ekstraklasa appearances behind him at the time, for Radomiak Radom. In his first season in Norway he played 25 league matches, with a further three for Molde 2.
The route there was not direct. He came through the youth ranks at Pogoń Siedlce, and between 2018 and 2021 he made 28 appearances for the reserve side and two for the first team in the II liga. A move to Świt Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki followed in 2021 and brought 13 games in the III liga. When Radomiak signed him in March 2022, they sent him back out almost at once: 12 more appearances on loan at Świt that year, then nine at Wisła Puławy in the II liga. Three clubs and 21 matches inside a single calendar year, all of it below the top flight.
In August 2025 Molde loaned him to Samsunspor for the first half of the 2025/26 season. He waited until December for his first appearance, in the Turkish Cup, and returned to Norway in January 2026.
Posiadała was named in the Poland senior squad for the 2024 UEFA Nations League. He has not yet made his debut, and available databases record no youth caps for him. He has won no major team titles and no individual awards.
