Sondre Miljan Granas

Two goals on his debut for Norway's under-18 side, against Sweden, are the entry that stands out on Sondre Milian Granaas's record so far. He has since worked through almost every age group the federation runs — under-16, under-17, under-18, under-19 and under-20 — and played at the 2025 UEFA European Under-19 Championship. Five caps at under-20 level; no senior call-up yet.

The route began at Stoppen SK and turned serious in August 2020, when he joined the Mjøndalen IF academy. Two years later, in August 2022, he signed his first professional contract there. His senior debut came on 10 April 2023, a goalless draw with Åsane, and by the end of that season Mjøndalen had named him their Young Player of the Year.

The move that changed his situation came on 31 January 2024, when Molde FK paid a fee of around €850,000 to take him from Mjøndalen. The initial contract ran to 31 December 2026. In July 2026 Molde extended it to 2029.

What the record does not yet show is silverware. Granaas has won no major senior honours with either club, and the step from age-group football with Norway to the senior squad has not been made. The trajectory to this point has been steady rather than sudden: academy in 2020, professional terms in 2022, first-team minutes in 2023, a transfer in 2024, a longer deal in 2026.
