About the player
Boris Cmiljanić made his professional debut at 16 with Budućnost Podgorica, and within two years the move that defined his early career arrived: PSV signed him for a fee reported at around €600,000, rising to €1m with add-ons. He spent his time at the Dutch club with Jong PSV in the Eerste Divisie, appearing 28 times and scoring three goals.
A free transfer took him to Huesca in Spain in January 2016.
Slovan Bratislava gave him a fresh start in 2018, though his three years there were interrupted by loans to Admira Wacker and Zlaté Moravce in Austria and Slovakia.
What followed was a period of frequent moves across several leagues — Dečić in Montenegro, Kyzylzhar in Kazakhstan, then Karmiotissa in Cyprus, where he scored five goals in 24 appearances. In the summer of 2025 he joined Romanian side Sepsi OSK, and has already featured in the Romanian Cup.
