About the player
Andrei George Miron came through Oțelul Galați's academy before his career took shape at senior level. He joined FC Botoșani as a free agent in 2015 and left in 2019, moving to FCSB on a free transfer. Miron won the Cupa României with FCSB in the 2019/2020 season and reached the Supercupa României final the following year.
A brief spell in Israel with Hapoel Haifa in 2022 preceded a return to Romanian football at Universitatea Cluj, where he reached another domestic cup final, in the Cupa României 2022/2023, though the trophy stayed elsewhere. In 2023, Miron went back to FC Botoșani.
At youth international level, Miron was capped nine times for Romania's under-21 side between 2015 and 2016, scoring once. He has not featured for the senior national team.
