About the player
Gian Nardelli's path into professional football began close to home, at Reconquista's Platense Porvenir academy, before he joined Colón's youth system in 2019. He made his first-team debut for the Santa Fe club in a Copa de la Liga match against Aldosivi on 31 March 2022, and signed his first professional contract that August.
Nardelli made 29 league appearances for Colón across the 2022 and 2023 seasons without scoring. He left as a free agent in January 2024 to join Tigre, where he made 20 league appearances in 2024 and scored once.
A free transfer to Ecuador's Vinotinto FC in early 2025 brought his busiest season: 31 league appearances and two goals. On 2 March 2025, in the third round against Aucas, Nardelli headed Vinotinto into a 1-0 lead inside seven minutes; the match finished 2-2.
Since then he has moved twice more, both times as a free agent. In January 2026 he returned to Argentina with Temperley, making three appearances in the Primera Nacional, before signing for Deportivo Cuenca in Ecuador, where he has played five league matches this season without scoring. He has not been called up to a senior national team.
