About the player
Three goals and two assists in 23 TFF 1. Lig matches — that was Hüseyin Maldar's return from a season on loan at Pendikspor . He arrived in August 2025, wore number 21 and stayed until the following July.
The loan came from Eyüpspor , the club where he had spent two years in the youth setup before signing his first professional contract on 29 May 2025. Eyüpspor gave him nine Süper Lig appearances, and he was part of the squad that took the TFF 1. Lig title in 2024–25 and the promotion that came with it.
The groundwork was laid earlier and elsewhere. Maldar joined Altınordu in 2017 and remained there until 2022, five years in a youth system before the move to Eyüpspor at 15.
Turkey have brought him through the age groups. He won 14 caps at under-18 level without scoring, then moved up to the under-19s, where he scored against Belarus in November 2025 in his sixth appearance. A senior call-up has not followed.
On 2 July 2026 he left Eyüpspor for Bursaspor on a free transfer, taking the number 66 shirt for the 2026–27 season.
