About the player
On 11 November 2024, in the Córdoba derby against Instituto, Jeremías Lucco scored with an overhead kick in the 30th minute. Belgrano won 3-1.
Lucco started at Sportivo Colonia Tirolesa, the amateur club in the settlement where he was born. In 2018, as captain and leading scorer of the sixth division, he was named in the Sub-13 league team of the season. He joined the Belgrano academy soon afterwards and went through every age group there.
By 2023 he was captaining the youth side, and that year he made his first-team debut. The goals came the following season. On 29 March 2024, in a Copa de la Liga match against Tigre, he scored in the 36th minute of a 4-1 win. Then came the derby strike in November.
He has kept playing in the Torneo Proyección alongside his senior appearances. On 19 August 2025 he scored the only goal in a 1-0 win over Central Córdoba, and on 23 April 2026 he was among the scorers as Belgrano beat Talleres 4-2 in another Córdoba fixture at youth level.
