K. Delikat

Karol Delikat did it twice within a year: 11 goals from nine appearances for Lech Poznań's reserve side in the 2025/2026 Betclic 3. Liga, then a senior debut goal against Piast Gliwice that took him 35 seconds from the moment he replaced a teammate on the pitch.

He started out at Soccer Ropczyce, where in 2017 he finished as top scorer of the "Z Podwórka na Stadion o Puchar Tymbarku" tournament with his age group. A move to Stal Rzeszów's academy followed, and in 2019 he received the Podkarpacka Nike award. Lech Poznań signed him into their academy in 2022, and he worked through the youth ranks: a Youth B season, then seven Central Youth League appearances in 2024/2025 in which he scored 11 times. That season also brought a first taste of senior football, a single appearance for Lech Poznań II in the III Liga.

The step up came in 2025/2026, when he became a regular for the reserve team and kept scoring at a rate that got noticed. Lech Poznań moved him into the first team on 20 July 2026, and in January 2026 he signed a new contract running to the end of 2028.

His Ekstraklasa debut goal, on 9 August 2026 against Piast Gliwice, drew attention specifically for its speed. He has since added an assist in the league and made a Europa League appearance. At youth level, he has represented Poland's U17 side, scoring twice and providing an assist across six qualifying matches, and featured for Poland U19 in European Championship qualifiers.
