Liberman Bryan Torres Nazareno

Liberman Torres came through the youth ranks at Independiente del Valle and was part of the side that won the Copa Libertadores Sub-20 in 2022. He made his first-team debut for the Ecuadorian club in October 2020 and stayed involved with the senior squad through 2022, splitting time with the club's feeder side, Independiente Juniors.

In August 2022 he moved to Spain, joining Villarreal and spending the following three years attached to the club's reserve side, Villarreal CF B. He was broken up by two loans that took him further afield than most of his Ecuadorian contemporaries: a spell at Recreativo de Huelva in the Spanish lower divisions, and a move to Atlético Ottawa in Canada, where he made 16 appearances in the Canadian Premier League and scored once.

His contract with Villarreal ran out in the summer of 2025, and he returned to Ecuador as a free agent, signing for Manta; in April 2026 he moved on again, to Técnico Universitario, where he has made four league appearances so far this season.

Torres was born in Shushufindi, Ecuador. He has not featured for any of Ecuador's national teams, at senior or youth level.
