Lourenço

Lourenço's most remembered moment away from Goiás dates back to 2018, when he scored the winning goal against Fluminense in the Copa do Brasil while playing for Avaí. It came during his longest spell as a professional, one that ran with interruptions from 2017 to 2022 and produced two Campeonato Catarinense titles, in 2019 and 2021.

His path started far from the top flight. He came through the youth ranks at União Luziense before joining Democrata-GV in 2016, where he made his professional debut and won the Campeonato Mineiro Módulo II. From there, Avaí gave him his first extended run at a higher level, interrupted only by a loan spell at Santa Cruz in 2020 before he returned to the Santa Catarina club that September.

After leaving Avaí, Lourenço moved through a string of clubs in quick succession: CSA in 2022, where he made 32 appearances in Série B, and Vila Nova in 2023, where he featured 34 times in the same division. His spell at Ceará, from late 2023, brought further silverware, with back-to-back Campeonato Cearense titles in 2024 and 2025 across 63 matches and six goals.

He joined Goiás as a free agent in January 2026, taking the number 97 shirt. The move has not been straightforward. In April, he suffered a left ankle injury in a Série B match against Atlético Mineiro that ruled him out for an extended period, and in August he went public with a complaint over unpaid wages, telling the club's board that the situation had become "complicated".
