Magnus Bech Riisnæs

Magnus Bech Riisnæs made his Vålerenga debut in July 2021 at the age of 16. He had come through the youth ranks at Lørenskog before joining Vålerenga's academy, and split his early senior years between the reserve side, Vålerenga 2, and the first team. His form there earned him the Eliteserien Young Player of the Month award in September 2023, and he was part of the squad that won the OBOS-ligaen title in 2024.

In July 2025, Bodø/Glimt signed the midfielder on a contract running to 2029. He has made ten appearances for the club since the move and was part of the squad that won the Norwegian Football Cup. At Vålerenga, he made 77 appearances and scored six goals for the first team, adding 43 appearances and 11 goals for the reserves.

Riisnæs has represented Norway at every youth level from under-15 to under-21, amassing 23 caps across the age groups, including a goal for the under-19s. He captained the under-18 side in a match against Russia. He has not yet been called up to the senior national team.
