About the player
Mathías Solís came through the academy at LDU Quito and was handed his first senior minutes there in 2021, coming off the bench in matches at the end of September and the start of October without getting on the scoresheet.
In March 2023 LDU Quito sent the forward out on loan to Cumbayá FC, a spell that ran through to the end of that year before he returned to his parent club in December. By January 2025 the club had agreed his permanent transfer to Deportivo Cuenca.
In the 2026 season he has made a single appearance for Deportivo Cuenca, coming on for 17 minutes, and remains without a goal or an assist for the club. Across his career so far, at both LDU Quito and Cuenca, his numbers in front of goal read the same: nothing yet on the board.
Solís has not featured for Ecuador at any level and has no titles or individual honours attached to his name.
