Paulo Henrique

The 2025 season turned Paulo Henrique into one of the most decorated players in his position in Brazil. He played 58 matches for Vasco da Gama , scored five goals and provided eight assists. The awards followed: a place in the Bola de Prata team of the season as best right-back, the same recognition from Craque do Brasileirão, and selection in the Seleção Estadão XI.

Born in Sete Barras, in the interior of São Paulo state, he began his professional career at Londrina and made his first-team debut in 2016 in the Copa do Brasil. He had spells at Irati, Operário-PR, União Beltrão and Metropolitano. He played regularly at the last of these, with 29 appearances and two goals across 2018–19. He also won the Série D title with Operário-PR in 2017 and the Campeonato Catarinense Série B with Metropolitano the following year.

Spells at Atlético Tubarão and then Paraná , where he played 40 matches, preceded his move to Juventude in February 2021. There he became the first-choice right-back.

On 20 February 2023 he joined Vasco on loan. The deal carried no purchase option at first, but the club later bought 70% of his economic rights, with Atlético Mineiro retaining the remaining 30%.
