About the player
He joined the Sicilian club from Piast Gliwice in 2017 after establishing himself in the Ekstraklasa, but two seasons in Italy ended when Palermo were excluded from Serie B over financial trouble and Murawski left as a free agent.
That season also brought Lech's run to the quarter-finals of the UEFA Conference League.
Murawski has collected three Ekstraklasa titles with the club, but a place in the senior national team has eluded him. He came through Poland's youth setups at under-19, under-20 and under-21 level, and his name resurfaced in call-up discussions under successive coaches without ever translating into a debut. Speaking to Fakt.pl in August 2025, he said he had made peace with the situation and no longer fixated on the national team.
Fitness proved a bigger obstacle in the most recent stretch of his career.
