About the player
Ramiro Hernandes came up through Belgrano's own academy, working through the club's youth ranks, including the U21 side, before breaking into the first team in 2024.
His name became part of the club's history in 2026. Belgrano won the Torneo Apertura, the first top-flight title in the club's history, a run that carried them into the following season's Copa Libertadores and the Trofeo de Campeones. Hernandes had a hand in getting them there: in the semi-final against Argentinos Juniors, he scored to help put the tie beyond reach at 2-0. In the final itself, against River Plate, he came off the bench midway through the second half, replacing Juan Velázquez as Belgrano saw out the win.
