Vladimir Ilic

Four seasons in the same shirt is what shapes Vladimir Ilić's career so far. He joined Radnički Sremska Mitrovica in 2020, in the town where he was born, and stayed until 2024, making 112 league appearances. He scored once in that time, and added a single Serbian Cup appearance in the 2023/24 season.

The route there ran through the youth setup at Internacional Beograd, where he remained until 2018, then two brief senior stops. Six appearances at Dinamo Vranje in his first season, followed by 21 matches and one goal at Sinđelić Beograd across 2019–2020.

The move away from Sremska Mitrovica did not settle. Ilić left for Sloven Ruma on a free transfer in July 2024 and played 11 Prva Liga matches across the 2024/25 season, without scoring. A year later, in July 2025, he moved again on a free transfer, this time to Mačva Šabac.

That has restored his place in a side. Across the 2025/26 season he has made 28 appearances in the Mozzart Bet Prva Liga for Mačva, along with one in the Serbian Cup, and is yet to score. Every transfer of his senior career has been a free move — no club has paid a fee for him.

He has not been capped by Serbia at senior or youth level.
