«The Blues»
Four names sit behind the ownership group — Brian Krow, Brian Kuk, John Kuk and Jim Kupec — and in late 2023 they put together not one team but two, a men's side for USL League Two and a women's side for the USL W League. The women's team took the nickname "The Blues" from the Blue Ridge Mountains.
The club has moved grounds within its first two seasons: St. Anne's-Belfield Stadium in 2024, then Charlottesville High School Stadium, also known as Theodose Stadium, which holds 3,500.
Since April 2025 the club has run a youth academy with Skyline Elite. It also carries a rivalry, the "64 Derby" against Richmond Ivy SC, the fixture named for the state highway linking the two cities.
The Blues have yet to win a trophy.
