Falcon settled the 2025 Sergipano Sub-20 final against Sergipe, the same opponent it had beaten 3-0 the year before and had already put away 1-0 back in 2022 in a decider against Itabaiana. The Sub-17 title followed in 2026, and by then Falcon had also reached, and lost, a Copa Lotese final.

What it built in the meantime was the academy, the "Ninho de Talentos" — Nest of Talents — and Diego Borges left for Santos with a release clause of €70 million after the 2023 Copa São Paulo de Futebol Júnior, and that same run took Wanderson to Avaí and Raí to Red Bull Bragantino.

That club, Sergipe, sits alongside Confiança as the established power in Aracaju football, the pair contesting what is known locally as the Clássico Maior. Falcon has no share in that name, but its matches against either side already draw the label "clássico".
