First Touch Women

Noko Matlou has captained the side, a Banyana Banyana stalwart lending her name to a club that Rulani Mathebula put together in Polokwane only in 2018. In that first season First Touch Women won the Limpopo Sasol League, then travelled to the national championship and finished fourth.

The squad kept producing players who moved on to the national setup. Victoria Muroa was called up in the goalkeeper's shirt ahead of the 2019 World Cup, Molatelo Sebata made that squad from midfield, and Nthabiseng Majiya passed through the club early in her career before winning the 2022 WAFCON with Banyana Banyana. A fourth-place finish in the inaugural SAFA National Women's League season in 2019 confirmed the early form was not a one-off.

They now play in the Hollywoodbets Super League, still based at Baroka Village Stadium, a 1,000-seat ground they have shared time at with Old Peter Mokaba Stadium and Seshego Stadium. The fixture against Ma-Indies Ladies FC has taken on its own weight locally as the Limpopo Derby.
