Molodechno-DYuSSh 4

The town of Molodechno has spent seventy years renaming its football team. Dinamo in 1949, Spartak in 1960, Narach in 1964, Krasnae Znamya, Volna, Selena, Metallist, Trud, Stankostroitel, Metallurg.

The team playing now is not quite the heir to all of that. It was put together in 2013 at the youth sports school, DYuSSh-4, out of boys the school had raised, and in February 2015 it stepped into the place its predecessor had held in the Second League. It has never been a legal entity in its own right. It is a project of a state school.

What that arrangement inherited was a genuine top-flight past. Under the plain name Molodechno the club played in the Vysheyshaya Liga.

Home is the Gorodskoy Stadion, 4,800 places. The Belarusian Cup brings the occasional visitor — 2015/16, 2017/18, 2023/24 — and the league work goes on in the divisions below the top.

Third place in the Second League in 2009 remains the best finish anyone can point to on the club's own record. In 2026 the team sat seventh in the First League.
