Two state titles in the space of a year set the tone for Monte Roraima's youth setup: the under-20 side took the Campeonato Roraimense Sub-20 in both 2024 and 2025, and the under-17s matched it in the same two seasons.

That newness is the point. Monte Roraima came together on 22 March 2023 as the first Sociedade Anônima do Futebol in Roraima, put up by a group of local businessmen under Vitor Hugo Perin, who ran it as president until June 2025. Getting into the Brazilian Football Confederation meant a fee set at 500 minimum salaries.

Felipe Brisola and other experienced arrivals were brought in for that push.

Green, yellow and gold carry the Amazon and the state's mineral ground into the shirt, and the nickname Tamanduá da Amazônia, the Amazon anteater, sits alongside a training base built specifically for this project: the Toca do Tamanduá, with its synthetic pitch and pool, opened for work in August 2024.
