The 2025 domestic title went to Qarshi again, the seventeenth counted under the club's own record. The wider test now comes from outside: group-stage places in the AFC Women's Champions League in 2023, 2024–25 and again in 2025–26.

Nasaf Women began in 2003 as Sevinch, and the name has not gone away — the official site still runs under sevinchfc.uz. The first championship arrived in 2004; the only real interruption came in the seasons after 2016, before the title returned in 2019.

The structural change is recent. In 2021 the women's side was merged with the men's club Nasaf, and the reformed team was registered on 21 January 2022. That season brought both the league and the Uzbekistan Cup, the third cup win the club can put a firm date to, after 2016 and 2018.

Home is the Markaziy, opened in 2006 and holding 21 000 — a ground built for the men's first team and far larger than a women's league fixture in Uzbekistan ordinarily fills. It is the one detail that separates Qarshi from the rest of the division as plainly as the trophy count does: most of their opponents play in front of a few hundred, on grounds that would fit inside one stand here.

What the merger settled was money and status rather than results, since the results were already there. Seventeen championships in twenty-two seasons is the club's own argument, and the run since 2022 — league, league, league — suggests the domestic order has not shifted with it.
