Nõmme United II

Two divisions in two seasons is a fast climb. That the second team is playing at the second tier at all follows from what happened in 2024, when it won the south-western zone of II liiga with 63 points from 26 matches, losing three.

Nõmme United U21 withdrew from the II liiga final round because it could not field enough players registered specifically for the under-21 squad; the overall II liiga title went to Maardu Linnameeskond from the other zone. The club kept the zonal championship and, with it, direct promotion to Esiliiga B — the point that mattered for the following season.

Before that came 2021 and the western zone of III liiga, a division lower and a step in the same direction.

The parent club is older than either result. It was set up in 2000 as Eesti Telefoni SK and has carried the name FC Nõmme United since 2006; the reserve team has no separate founding date, no separate crest and no accounts of its own, and exists inside that structure. In the databases it appears as NU2.

Seating was extended in 2024 and now holds 500.
