Radnik Bijeljina

The club traces back to 1945, though for two years in the mid-1990s it played under a different name, Panteri Bijeljina, before reverting to Radnik. Since then the record has been built almost entirely at home, in Republika Srpska's First League, won four times — 1998/99, 2004/05, 2011/12 and most recently 2023/24 — and in the Republika Srpska Cup, claimed seven times between 2009/10 and 2018/19.

Mladen Krstajić, who had played for Schalke 04 and Bayern Munich, sat on Radnik's board as chairman from 2015 to 2020. The 2004/05 championship side is remembered locally for Goran Maksimović, Zoran Sofrenić and Srđan Savić, though it is the cup final win over Sloboda that still gets brought up first.
