Matches against Pakhtakor-2 and Olimpik-Mobiuz carry more weight for Respublika FA than the Pro League A table would suggest, because all three are academy sides built to develop players rather than to win, and every meeting between them doubles as a comparison of methods. Respublika's clearest answer so far came on 8 June 2026, a 3-0 win over Pakhtakor-2.

That result stood out precisely because it was the exception. In its first season in the professional league, Respublika has otherwise sat in the lower half of the table, and the club was never built to chase position. Its squad leans on players already capped at Uzbekistan's U-20 level, and what happens to them afterwards, at bigger clubs or in the senior national side, is closer to the point than league standing.

Home games are played at the Do'stlik stadium in Chirchik, north-east of Tashkent, where the club settled once it entered senior football.

The club exists because Olimpik-Mobiuz, the side it replaced in Pro League A, ran into financial trouble. A presidential decree signed on 4 November 2023 set the academy project in motion, and a Cabinet of Ministers resolution followed on 9 November 2025, naming the Uzbekistan Football Association as founder and owner. Respublika Futbol Akademiyasi took Olimpik-Mobiuz's place in the league the following season, fielding a squad drawn from its own academy rather than signed in from outside.
