Rīgas FS II

The team plays its home fixtures at LNK Sporta Parks on Lejupes iela in Riga, a natural-grass ground with every seat set under a roof and an official capacity of 1,700. FK RFS built the ground for its academy, and the reserve side has never had to look past it for a home.

That academy grew into FK RFS's first team, which has held its place in the Virslīga since 2016. The school itself was founded in 2011. The reserve side's own recorded history sits a level below: its matches in the 1. Līga, the second tier of Latvian football, are logged from April and July of 2022.

Blue is worn at home, white on the road, black kept as a third choice. No trophy has followed the shirts. The closest the side has come is fifth place in the 2022 1. Līga season, finished on 46 points.

Among the sides it now faces in that division is Riga FC II, the reserve team of the club FK RFS meets in the Rīga derby a level higher. That rivalry plays out a rung down the ladder, back at LNK Sporta Parks.
