Vitória da Conquista U20

The academy at Vitória da Conquista started life in 2001 as a project called Primeiro Passo, meant to give the city's young players a structured path into the game before there was even a senior team to speak of. That came later: Esporte Clube Primeiro Passo was registered on 21 January 2005, and the badge has carried the project's name ever since.

The U20 side is where that original purpose still shows most clearly. It has run in the Campeonato Baiano Sub-20 since at least 2018 and has taken its shot at the Copa São Paulo de Futebol Júnior three times, in 2020, 2023 and 2025.

Matches are played at Estádio Edvaldo Flores, which holds 1,000, and the team wears black and white. When Vitória da Conquista meets Serrano Sport Club, it is called the Clássico do Café.
