Two-time Gagarin Cup winner Sergei Konkov says the row between Andrei Razin and Metallurg captain Egor Yakovlev won't improve the situation in the squad.
Sergei Konkov, a two-time Gagarin Cup winner, has said the dispute between Andrei Razin and Metallurg captain Egor Yakovlev will not help the team.
"Such a conflict will fracture the dressing room. Any situations like this need to be resolved inside the team. You have to reach an agreement and follow the coach's instructions," Konkov said.
"Friction or fallout over tactics," he said.
Konkov pointed to the figures Razin cited recently. "Razin cited last year’s numbers, not his current form. You have to look at what he can offer the team today," he said.
