Haik Moussakhanian

Haik Moussakhanian was born in Minsk and built his game abroad before returning to the country of his birth. He spent his formative years in France, coming through the youth ranks at SR Colmar, Wittenheim and Belfort, and it was there that he acquired French citizenship alongside his Belarusian nationality. He went back to Belarus in 2017 to start his senior career, joining Energetik-BGU Minsk, later rebranded SKA-1938 Minsk, and stayed with the club for four seasons.

That spell brought promotion: in 2018 the side finished as runners-up in the Belarusian First League and moved up to the Belarusian Premier League, where Moussakhanian went on to make well over a hundred appearances and score more than a dozen goals before leaving in 2021.

A free transfer took him to Armenia in January 2022, where he joined FC Noah. He won the Armenian Cup with the club in his first season there and made 42 appearances the following campaign, though the league title stayed out of reach as Noah finished sixth and then eighth. From there his path moved through Finland with Haka in 2023 and back to Armenia with FC Alashkert in 2024.

Moussakhanian signed for BATE Borisov as a free agent in August 2025. The move paid off quickly: BATE went on to win the Belarusian Cup, beating Dinamo Minsk on penalties in a final that ran to an 8–7 shoot-out, and Moussakhanian is listed among the winning squad.
