Pavel Dubovsky

Pavel Dubovsky spent his early years in the Shakhtyor Soligorsk academy without ever forcing his way into the club's main squad. Instead, the path to senior football ran through loans: a season with Shakhtyor Petrikov in 2023, where he scored once in 24 appearances, followed by a year at Shakhtyor-2 Soligorsk in which he added three goals from around 30 outings. Neither stint led to a first-team breakthrough at Shakhtyor itself.

The turning point came in March 2025, when Dubovsky joined Belshina Bobruisk as a free agent. There he became a regular, making between 29 and 34 appearances across all competitions and scoring seven goals. Belshina rewarded that form with promotion to the Belarusian Premier League, sealed through the playoffs at the end of the 2025 season, with Dubovsky established as one of the team's key figures.

That promotion run made him a free agent worth watching, and in January 2026 BATE Borisov signed him once his Belshina contract expired. He made his debut for the club in March 2026 and moved quickly into the starting line-up. Within months he was part of the BATE squad that won the Belarusian Cup in the 2025/26 season.

He has not yet been capped by the Belarus senior national team, though his rise from academy reserve to cup winner in the space of a few seasons has been built on steady accumulation of first-team minutes rather than a single breakthrough moment.
