Kika

The best finish KF Kika has managed came in 1993, when the club took second place in Kosovo's top division. There is nothing in the record before or since to match it — no promotion push has carried the club that high again, though a smaller campaign came good in 2019-2020, when Kika won its group in the Third League and earned the right to move up to the Second League, a result that stood despite the season being cut short.

The club was founded in 1974 in Hogosht, and it has stayed there through everything since. In the Kosovo Cup, the furthest it has gone is the quarter-final, reached in 2018-2019 after eliminating Istogu on penalties following a 2-2 draw; Balkani ended the run there with a 1-0 win. Today Kika plays in the Second League, Kosovo's second tier, and finished the 2024-25 season in the middle of the table.

None of that explains what happens when Besa Pejë comes to town. The rivalry with the Peja club runs hot enough that Kika's supporters' group, Ultras Luanët, have called the fixture "the Third World War" and put out calls for the whole village to turn out, and Besa has had to ask police for help keeping the two sides apart.

Games are played at Kika Stadium in Hogosht, a ground whose listed capacity depends on who is counting — 500 seats by one count, up to 1,500 by another. In October 2024, the club laid the foundation stone for a new stadium on the site.
