Cup (XK) 2025/26

The Kosovar Cup is the primary knockout football competition in Kosovo, organised by the Football Federation of Kosovo (FFK). Established in 1991, the tournament began under parallel Albanian institutions before the first official edition under the FFK structure took place in the 1991–92 season. Following a suspension during the Kosovo War, the competition resumed in the 1999–2000 season under UNMIK administration. The FFK recognises the period between 1991 and 1999 as part of its official history.

Format

The tournament operates as a single-elimination knockout event. Teams from the Second and Third Leagues enter preliminary rounds to determine two qualifiers for the Round of 32. This stage includes those qualifiers, all 10 Superleague clubs, and the top teams from the First League. Subsequent rounds are typically played over two legs, while the Final is a single match held at the Fadil Vokrri Stadium in Pristina. The winner qualifies for the UEFA Europa Conference League.

History

Prishtina KF is the most successful club with nine titles. Recent editions have seen Llapi win twice and Ballkani claim the title in 2023–24. Prishtina secured their latest victory in the 2024–25 season.
