The clean-sheet run came to an end for Kortrijk after three games without conceding.
The result leaves Kortrijk rooted to the bottom of the table with zero points from three matches and three defeats. Charleroi move further clear at the top, maintaining their perfect record from four games and sitting on 12 points. The visitors have one foot in setting the tone for the season, while the hosts face a long road to recovery.
